You
bought a new computer, or you had a hard disk crash, and now you need
the registration key again.
- or -
you
installed a program update and it appears that the registration
key is no longer valid
- or -
you just got your
registration key and you have problems to get it working, or you wait
more than one week for delivery.
You bought a new computer, or you had a hard disk
crash, and now you need the registration key again:
When
receiving the registration key, you were told to print the message out
and keep it at a safe place. Let's hope that you really kept it. Just
take this document and enter the key
again.
If
your old computer is still available with Gartrip installed, you may
use the Gartrip menu "System, Registration" and read the key. Please
delete the key on this computer before giviong it away.
If
all won't help, then I will try to
find the data but it will take me some time to go through the database..
This
offer is valid provided that your email, fax, or postal address is
still valid as given at
registration time. Delivery to a changed
address is denied in order to prevent abuse. This restriction excludes
third parties from this service. Please follow these instructions:
Send
email to lost@gartrip.de , and put this to
the mail body:
1.
your registration name (exact spelling is required). If you are not
sure how you spelled the name then you can list some different versions.
2. your email address, or fax number, or postal address, as used at
registration time. Here you can also give
some alternatives to help me finding your registration. But the address
used at registration time must
still be oparative today. Please make a statement on the
validity of your registration address.

June 2008, the registration key
was
changed for all new program releases. You get the new key for free.
Please
enter your registration data on the update form.
You just got your registration key and you have
